It seemed impossible for Billie Eilish to get any gayer. After releasing her sapphic anthem “Lunch” and professing her X-rated appetite in an infamous interview, there didn’t seem to be much room for improvement. But now, fans have seen Eilish in full flirtation mode, and they can’t get enough.

On the latest episode of the popular web series Chicken Shop Date, host Amelia Dimoldenberg and Eilish had palpable chemistry for the entire eight-minute interview. (Yes, this is the same series that prompted SZA to suggest using a strap-on just last week. What’s in the water in that chicken shop?)

The interview started off with a bang, as Dimoldenberg told Eilish that she wasn’t “available on the menu yet,” to which Eilish said, “Damn, I was really hoping that it could be you.”

Next, while commenting on the shape of Eilish’s perfume bottle (a woman’s torso, if things weren’t gay enough already), Dimoldenberg said that her breasts weren’t as big as the ones on the bottle.

“Yeah they are. They’re nice,” Eilish replied while glancing at Dimoldenberg’s chest — a statement she immediately regretted. “Sorry,” she said through a chuckle before dropping her head completely.

Mid-interview, Dimoldenberg asked an out-of-the-box question: “If you were an ice cream cone, would you prefer to be licked or bitten?” Subtle.

“Licked,” Eilish instantly replied, then seemed to realize the question may have … other implications. After confirming there were no metaphors at work, she clarified her answer: “You mostly lick it, but then occasionally a little bite here and there.”

Dimoldenberg kept the flirting going strong. When Eilish asked, “What kind of a person is, like, your dream to date?” she fired back with, “What do you mean, apart from you?”

To that, Eilish couldn’t do anything but let out a heavy sigh (or, as one fan put it, a “breath of gay panic”) and say, “You don’t want to date me.”

But Eilish had her moments in control too. As Dimoldenberg complimented Eilish on her “very flirtatious eyes,” fans couldn’t help but fawn over her confident smirk.

So, are Dimoldenberg and Eilish about to become a power couple? Not quite — at the end of the interview, Dimoldenberg let slip that she had another date planned for later that day. Eilish quickly dropped her smile and said, “What the hell?” Sorry to any shippers out there. Maybe there’s an enemies to lovers arc in their future?

On the bright side, that does leave room for the many, many Eilish fans who’d be happy to take Dimoldenberg’s place. Take TikToker Karma Carr, who had a very calm reaction to seeing the video.
