Charli xcx’s merch for BRAT is getting 10s across the board. The initial drop included tees in the album’s signature green, other shirts and sweatshirts with some of the album’s most iconic phrases, and some extra accessories like keychains and water bottles. What more could you want? Apparently, a towel, meant for some bratty, beachy fun.

The towel borrows the look of the album cover: plain lime green with one word in the center, though in this case, the word is “towel,” not “brat.”

Will some folks simply use the towel for sunbathing or drying off after a swim? Of course. But the gays’ imaginations immediately ran wild upon seeing the towel, thinking about all its other potential uses.

We’ll try to keep things PG, but as one viral post puts it, the BRAT towel is sure to “endure situations you cannot fathom,” if you catch our drift.

Charli no doubt expected these reactions from her fanbase. This is the same woman who released a douche as merch during her last era (a reference to the time she was infamously asked to sign a fan’s at a meet and greet).

But surely not every Charli fan’s mind is that dirty, right? Others imagined staying closer to the intended usage and breaking the towels out on the gayest beaches imaginable: not beaches at all, but the lakeside concrete of Chicago or the Bushwick blacktop of New York City.

The towel’s price point has also become a hot topic: a steep $60. Is it worth shelling out the money to show your BRAT fandom, whether at the beach or in the bedroom? If your answer’s yes, it’s for sale on pre-order now.
