Listen, bottom shame is real, and it’s unfortunate. And while Troye Sivan is single-handedly dedicated to eradicating the bottom shame epidemic, he’s only one man and he can’t do it alone.

Which is—apparently—where the gourmet ice cream brand Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream comes in. After a post of a Jeni’s pint label started to go viral recently, we all started thinking the same thing. Is it possible for an ice cream brand to come out as a bottom? The answer would seem to be yes.

Now of course on the Internet everything old is new again, so it should come as no surprise to learn that this image has been circulating for quite some time now. The good people of r/actuallylesbians posted the same picture four years ago, to the same fanfare.

“Okay Jeni I see you,” one commenter wrote. “That’s the gayest ice cream I’ve ever seen. Where can I find some?” Another asked. The answer, disappointingly, is Columbus, Ohio, where the brand’s flagship property lives. But thankfully Jeni’s is also available in most major cities.

You know you’ve hit on a brilliant marketing strategy when the gays are not only laughing at, but deeply relating to, your chosen slogan. I mean seriously: Weren’t we all made to be licked, topped, and loved? The answer is no, because some of us are tops, sides, and vers queens. But still. It’s the emotional truth that counts.
