The saga of the black mold continues, as we always knew it would. This year has seen record levels of anti-trans vitriol coming from professional TERF JK Rowling, and after a recent LGB Alliance conference, it shows no signs of stopping.

Not content to antagonize and vilify trans women by referring to them as “men in dresses,” Rowling recently took time off from a yacht trip off the coast of Turkey to remind transphobic queer people that “lesbians don’t have p*nises.” Which is untrue on several counts. but don’t try convincing a TERF that.

On the one hand, it’s good to know that Rowling is enjoying some fresh air and spending time away from her mold-infested Scottish manor. But after this video, we’re not completely sure some of the mold hasn’t made its way onto the yacht itself.

“Misusing a platform to spread hate while sipping cocktails on a yacht is a new low, even for a billionaire,” one poster wrote. “It’s clear from her language,” the original poster notes, “that she believes everything has a price – that her money is all that matters. And that she feels as though she has the right to meddle in the lives of not only trans folks but gay people and the wider LGBT+ community. She can f*ck right off.”

But another commenter noticed something that makes the whole situation even more depressing.

“She’s actually taken time out of her holiday to do that,” they commented. “That’s really sad.”

It is sad that Rowling’s idea of relaxing involves calling into a transphobic conference to talk about how she can no longer support certain inclusive LGBTQ+ charities because “if sex isn’t real, there is no same-sex attraction.”

Again, no one said that sex isn’t real. But why argue with mold spores, at the end of the day. It’s like talking to a wall. A very moldy wall.
