Her HBO series, The Idol, may have been widely panned by critics and axed after one season, but Lily-Rose Depp fans are going gaga over her next project.
Depp will star in a new version of the vampire movie, Nosferatu. The project’s first trailer dropped yesterday and it’s suitably atmospheric and creepy.
Depp stars alongside Nicholas Hoult, Willem Dafoe, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Emma Corin. Bill Skarsgård will play Count Orlok, the vampire of the movie’s title. He develops an obsession with Rose Depp’s character, Ellen Hutter.

Nosefartu was written and directed by Robert Eggers (The Lighthouse, The Northman). You still have a few months to wait for its release. It’s due to hit theaters on Christmas Day.
Nosferatu (a reworking of Dracula) first chilled movie-goers with the iconic, 1922 silent movie of the same name. Several versions have followed since.
Depp, 25, shared the trailer to her Instagram. Singer Troye Sivan (who also appeared in The Idol) was among those to post a reaction, simply saying, “Omfg”. Cara Delevingne commented “WOW”.

Lily-Rose Depp is the daughter of Johnny Depp and French singer Vanessa Paradis. In 2015, she revealed she fell, “Somewhere on the LGBTQA spectrum.”
Since January 2023, she has been dating rapper and singer 070 Shake, aka Danielle Balbuena. This was confirmed by Depp on Instagram in May 2023. On her stories, Depp shared a photo of her and 070 Shake kissing. She captioned it, “Four months w my crush.”
Depp shared another photo of herself and the New Jersey rapper a couple of months ago, suggesting they’re still very much an item.
