Mary Trump joins TikTok and has a few choice words about Nikki Haley

Donald Trump’s niece, the queer psychotherapist and commentator Mary Trump, joined TikTok this week. Mary, a vocal critic of her uncle, already has a huge following on X (1.6 million followers). In less than a week, Mary has attracted 38,000 followers on TikTok.

Like on Twitter and YouTube, it seems much of Mary’s content will be commentating on her uncle and his legal woes, and the upcoming November election.

Yesterday, Mary turned her attention to Nikki Haley. After dropping out of the race to be the Republican nominee back in March, Haley yesterday finally broke her silence on whether she would vote for Donald Trump.

Appearing at an event yesterday at the Hudson Institute in Washington, Haley said she would vote for Trump.

She said she felt compelled to vote for the candidate who most supported “capitalism and freedom,” and who would secure the border and lower the national debt.

“Trump has not been perfect on these policies. I’ve made that clear many, many times,” Haley said. “But Biden has been a catastrophe.”

“So I will be voting for Trump. Having said that, I stand by what I said in my suspension speech.”

At the time Haley called off her campaign, she declined to endorse Trump. Yesterday’s pledge to vote for him falls short of a full endorsement.

Responding on TikTok, Mary Trump called Haley “yet another Republican who has no integrity, no backbone, and who places her political future over anything else.”

“She’s disgraceful”

Mary continued, “Let’s just remember that there is not one person left in the Republican Party who is worth paying attention to, believing, or supporting, She’s disgraceful, and it just shows you what a broken human being all of these people are that they believe that their political futures, which again are more important to them than anything else in their lives, are completely dependent on the most broken person of all: Donald Trump.”

In a second video, she called Haley “the Marco Rubio of Ted Cruzes.”

A couple of days ago, Mary racked up over 200,000 views for a video blasting her uncle for not testifying in his hush money trial in Manhattan. Donald had previously indicated that he would. Mary, and others, predicted this was unlikely to happen. She said this was partly due to the fact that “he’s a coward.”

The hush money trial moves to its summing up stage next week. The jury will then be sent away to deliberate. Prosecutors claim Donald Trump committed election interference by approving payments to the former adult entertainer Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about their alleged affair.
