Charli xcx and Troye Sivan’s Sweat Tour has been chaos incarnate from its very first moments, and a viral moment from the latest show is no exception.
At each show, Charli features a person or group from the crowd doing the viral TikTok dance to her song “Apple.” On the tour’s second night in Los Angeles, that featured group included influencer Brittany Broski. All was going according to plan, when an unknown man pushed into the center of the group, shoving Broski out of frame in the process.
Videos of the incident quickly went viral, with people pointing out the lawlessness of the Sweat Tour and lamenting how the dance crasher ruined the moment.

RelatedThe word “sapphic” is meant to encompass all queer women — but a controversial post has people questioning its use.“It’s not that serious,” reads one viral response. “Memes have always existed.”
Others thought it was a perfect example of gay men’s misogyny in action. “These are the kind of gays that don’t want women in the gay club because it’s their ‘sacred space,’” wrote drag artist Tenderoni.
It’s not the first time an “Apple” dance crasher has gone viral. When the dance’s creator, TikToker Kelley Heyer, was featured at the New York show, she was also interrupted by a stranger cutting in on the spotlight.
But fans have pointed out a few key differences: Heyer’s crasher seemed overenthusiastic and unaware that she was intruding, while Broski’s crasher intentionally shoved her from frame to take center stage for himself. It’s a classic case of chaotic neutral versus lawful evil.
