Just yesterday, President Biden announced he’s dropping out of the 2024 presidential campaign. In his place, he’s endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee — and her supporters are going wild with memes.

People are already making shirts! The gays really don’t stop.

The internet’s jokes include no shortage of references to Harris’ infamous coconut tree speech, which she originally gave in May of 2023.

“My mother used to — she would give us a hard time sometimes, and she would say to us, ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with you young people. You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?’” she recalled while laughing. “‘You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.'”

There’s even detailed fancams about her story, with people calling her a “brat” after a bunch of ties to the recent Charli xcx album. (That includes an endorsement from Charli herself.)

People are even suggesting that these memes could be enough to get Harris to the White House. After all, if it worked for Trump, it should work for Harris too.

Regardless of where you stand on Harris, these memes are honestly some of the best out there.
