Queer comedian Dax Hilton is putting the “com” in “rom-com.” Well, technically, he’s putting the “rom” in it too, thanks to a viral interaction with an audience member at one of his recent shows.

Hilton, per his TikTok bio, is “one of those bisexys,” so when an attractive audience member complimented him at the beginning of his set, he couldn’t help but take notice.

“You look great,” the heckler said.

“I look great? You look great,” Hilton replied. “Wait, what’s your name?”

A viral meet-cute has the internet rooting for a rom-com come true.

The interaction eve had an adorably awkward miscommunication, when Hilton told Chase he liked his sleeve.

“Which one?” Chase asked.

“You don’t — the tattoos?” Hilton answered, confused. “The left one, I don’t know.”

Their meet-cute ended with Chase telling Hilton he appreciated him.

“Of course. I appreciate you,” Hilton said back. “I hope you think I’m funny. We’ll see. Wow, I’m so nervous. He’s so f*cking cute.”
