The gays love any excuse to flood the internet with pictures of hot men, and today is no exception. A new trend on Gay X™ (a name that just doesn’t hit the same as Gay Twitter™) is filling our timelines with “aesthetically pleasing” men, thanks to a viral homophobic post.

“How can dudes be gay?” asked the post in question, accompanied by a picture of a bikini-clad woman. “The female body is so aesthetically pleasing.”

Really, that guy should’ve been able to answer his own question: What’s “aesthetically pleasing” to you isn’t what pleases most gay guys, and vice versa. Besides, on seeing a beautiful woman, why is your first thought as a straight man about what gay guys are thinking?

But the gays of the internet decided to teach him a visual lesson, sharing their celebrity crushes, gay awakenings, and all them of the world that have them asking the opposite question: How can dudes be straight?

For example, didn’t everyone develop crushes on the Kratt Brothers when watching Zoboomafoo, or on Chris O’Donnell as Robin in Batman Forever?

What about the hundreds of hunky actors on our screens every day, from Taylor Zakhar Perez and Matt Bomer…

…to Luke Macfarlane and Tanner Buchanan…

…and superheroes like Chris Evans and Henry Cavill?

Then there are stars of music like Wonho

…influencers like Will Neff and Louis Phillips…

…and athletes like Gus Kenworthy and Shane Wiskus.

Even video game characters like Hanzo from Overwatch entered the conversation. He may not be real, but he’s “aesthetically pleasing” nonetheless.
